You should check your order from the "My orders" section on the "My account" menu.
If your order is not "Shipped" status, you can send your request and the reason for cancellation by clicking on the "Contact" link or by sending an email to online@chiccy.com.
If your order already arrived, you should follow the Return procedure.
When should I get pay for my cancelled order?
Your credit card will be refunded after the cancellation. It may take up to 3 days.
On wire transfer orders, the return is made to the IBAN Number.
