What do I need to do when I want to return my product?
You need to return the product you are going to return with all the copies of the invoice (by filling out the return section behind the invoice) and with all its accessories. After the products arrive at the warehouse, they are checked for compliance with return conditions. Returned product will be refunded to your credit card. Your money may take up to 10 days after you give up your credit card.
After sending your return product, you can request your 12-digit shipping code from Cargo if it is necessary. Please keep your shipping code.
How many days can I return the product?
Within 30 days of the day your order arrives.
Which products can not be returned?
Used or damaged products are not acceptable. Product can be returned if unopened, untested, intact and unused.

When should I pay for my return?
Your credit card will be refunded after the return of the product, except for the shipping cost, and after the products have been delivered to the warehouse and the compliance with the return conditions has been checked.
On wire transfer orders, the return is made to the IBAN Number.
Can I make a SIZE change for the product I ordered?
If the status of your order is "Order Received", if the item you want to change is found in stocks, a body change can be made. You can follow the status of your order on the My Orders screen.
What should I do if the product is defective?
First of all we apologize for the inconvenience. In this case, if you send the product back, it will be replaced immediately.
